Congratulations to our summer interns!

Congratulations to our scholars who have accepted summer internship positions! These highly competitive, paid, full-time positions in laboratories align with their areas of interest. This summer experience not only supports science proficiency but also fosters future success through a graduate mentorship program and the Summer Science Seminar.

Special thanks to Dr. Jayson Paulose, who leads a collaboration between Lane Community College and the University of Oregon, supporting community college science transfers by providing research opportunities the summer prior to UO enrollment. Funding is provided by the NSF through the OPIRC and Paulose CAREER grants, as well as the State of Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission through a Future Ready Oregon Workforce Ready grant.
